Save the date! The fifth meeting of the Really Strange Record Club will take place on Thursday 23rd May, 7:30-10:30pm, as ever at the wonderful Dreamhouse Records on Francis Road in Leyton.
It’s the usual drill - you bring the records, we play them, and as usual anything goes1 - so if you want to bag yourself a slot on the turntable, email or DM me and I’ll put you on the list, first come first served. Not sure what to bring? Here’s some inspiration from previous events.
And don’t forget - all formats are welcome, not just vinyl, so do bring your CDs, tapes, and memory sticks of 128kbps live bootleg MP3s as well, but give me a heads up in advance so I can make sure we’ve got something to play it on.
March’s selections were exceptional - I can’t wait to hear what you all bring in May.
